Has my order been shipped / Did my order go through?
We don't take any orders here nor do we do any of the order processing. It is therefore impossible for us to tell you anything about an order of yours without more information. If you would like assistance in tracking or checking on an order, we'd be glad to help. Just use the form above to provide us with your name, email address, order number, and the name of the pharmacy you placed your order through. The date of your order is also helpful, but not necessary. We will do what we can to contact the pharmacy to look into it and let you know.
Can you ship to (Country Name)?
We do not handle orders or ship anything.
Generally speaking, most International Pharmacies will ship most anywhere in the world with just a few exceptions. Make sure you understand the import laws of the country you wish to import to as they vary from country to country. Please note also that most international pharmacies are nothing more than rip-off websites. See our Fake Pharmacy page to see if the place you are considering buying at comes up. If not, google the pharmacy url and see if you find any rip-off reports. If the pharmacy name is something like RxUs2009.com, enter that into google and click search.
US Pharmacies at this point, will not ship to anywhere but US locations and even there you'll find some state restrictions. If you live in the US, we recommend you only buy from US sources.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Again, it depends on the drug and pharmacy. Generally, US Pharmacies will ship within 24 to 48 hours when everything is working and supplies are not limited. Offshore pharmacies will make all kinds of claims but remember, 99.7% of them are nothing more than a front to take your money or identity. 99.7% of them ship you nothing more than a pill formed from gypsum or worse. There are no offshore pharmacies we can recommend and remember, if they say they ship worldwide, they are offshore. Do you take insurance/drug cards?
We don't take any form of payment here as we are not the ones processing or shipping your order. We are only a source of reference to the pharmacies that appear online.
I need a telephone number to contact you.
We don't publish a phone number for a couple reasons. First, we are not the pharmacy so we can't give you any specific shipping information about your order.
The second reason is that we cannot give you specific medical advice and so any questions you might have about a drug, it's interaction or other question, is one for your primary care physician or pharmacist.
Most of the Pharmacies we list include a toll free number where you can reach them if necessary.
I have no Visa / Amex credit card. Can I pay by check / money order?
It is becoming more and more common these days to see web pharmacies offer COD, check and money order service. You can also use a Visa Debit Card at most pharmacies.
How can you sell a prescription drug if not prescribed?
We don't sell prescription drugs. However, the web sites that do will do so only after you have filled out an online questionnaire to answer some questions and describe your medical history. That information is then delivered to a physician who reviews it and either accepts or denies your request.

Information found on our website is free and available through any search of the web using search engines. There is no fee required to use our service, just browse around and look for your particular drug or information.

These are all active links that you'll see, so just click them to go to that particular page. It's tough to say for certain, but often the problem rests with your browser settings. It most often is that you need to allow cookies to be set for the order process to occur. The cookie is used to track you through the ordering system,
to keep track of what's in your shopping cart, your address and credit information.
If your cookies are disabled for security reasons, you can allow them for a session only or simply allow them while you are shopping and turn them off again when you are done. It's not necessary to leave them on once you've completed the order.
